Return Policy

To returns purchased online please follow these steps:

1. All Items must be returned within 30 days in the original package with the paperwork. All items MUST be returned in like-new condition to ensure credit.
2. Enclose original packing list with item. If you cannot send your invoice please include your order number, billing name and address with the items. Please indicate items to be returned.
3. Before sending your return shipment please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
4. Ship your package to us. It is recommended that you use traceable and insurable shipping method. All return shipping must be prepaid. Teez-her cannot accept C-O-D deliveries.
5. Please include reason for return.

Return Status

It will take up to 14 days for the refund to be applied once the return has been received To exchange an item purchased from Teezher.com you need to place a new order and return your original purchase.
